Problem: Low page engagement & general product information

Solution: Inspired brand storytelling targeting specific user needs & benefits

Tailored a contextual product experience with a branded content strategy targeting specific user needs.

Google for Education is helping to expand learning for educators and learners all over the world. They are helping equip the next generation with future skills. Educators and learners at every age and stage deserve the tools and skills that set them up for success in building the future they want for themselves.

I led a UX team that helped develop a content strategy that pushed forward a product benefit narrative based on specific user needs. The result led to experiences that leveraged a product story built with contextual benefit-led content modules that drove higher time on pages, increased scroll depth and user engagement.

Establishing a priority on telling the story of how Google for Education continues to contribute and support how people learn at a high level all over the world was key. With that in mind, we based our strategy on a content-first approach. Rebuilding the experience based on the brand story and how the product benefits meet specific user needs.
