Designed an all-in-one mobile app allowing event users and coordinators to communicate, collaborate, and stay informed.
CXOEra is an event management firm specializing in engaging C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies and startup organizations with cutting-edge big data/virtual and reality/IOT vendor companies. They assist organizations to get a different perspective on the challenges they are facing and enhance their business opportunities.
Created a mobile app that not only allows for real-time communication during events between sponsors, speakers, and attendees but also provides a dashboard for speaker schedules, sponsor contacts, and facility information. The app also provided vital pre-event info and onboarding for upcoming and future events.

Mobile App Design & Approach
The mobile app was designed as an extension of the website solution that I provided a few months prior. This was an opportunity to expand and continue to build on a lean design system and make it even more flexible and scalable. All features within the mobile app were designed to be easily used while at conferences with product features that focus on real-time communication, being a resource for speaking sessions and notifications.

Conference Resource
One of the primary features of the app was to be an informational resource for all attendees, speakers, and sponsors for all conference information such as agenda, speakers, session logistics, and much more. As the app was used to prepare for upcoming conferences, it was also a speedy resource to manage activities during the event.

Communication & Connection
Providing access to the community of attendees to connect easily was another major feature of the app. By making it easy to follow their favorite speakers, connect to chat with other attendees, or follow a sponsor, users could also share impactful moments by creating posts and sharing them with connections at the event.
